What is Calculated Square Feet? 

sqft. = Width(rounded to whole inch) x Height (rounded to whole inch) / 144

What is your Standard Delivery time?

Door and drawer front standard delivery is 10 working days, but rush programs are available. Standard delivery time for counter and table tops is 2 weeks if they are smaller then 33"x96"

Is there a minimum order required?

No we do not require a minimum order. You may order 1 to 1 million.

Can I order your product in Custom Sizes?

Yes, we can customize almost every item in our product line.

How do you ship your product and what does it cost?

We ship via Fed-Ex Ground or Fed-Ex Freight. Shipping charges will vary depending on the quantity and size of your order. We can offer you a shipping quotation prior to placing your order if you call our office. We always calculate shipping charges and ship via the most inexpensive method.

Does your product carry a warranty?

All of our products carry a one year limited warranty.

Are all of your products "Made in the USA"?

YES... all of our product line is manufactured here in the heart of the Endless Mountain Region in Montrose, Pa.

What are your payment options?

We accept payment via cash, check, and if you order is over $500.00 MasterCard, Discover or Visa. If you are a business purchasing our product, you may apply for an account by filling out the credit application form included in our downloadable catalog on this website

How do I measure to give a correct door size?

The preferred method is to measure the actual door that is being replaced, if it is available. You can also measure the opening size and our Customer Service Team can figure the correct size needed.

Do you make cabinets as well?

No, we only manufacture the doors. But we do have a large database of builders and contractors that we can recommend for your cabinets.

Do you install?

No, we do not do any installations.

Are your counter tops food safe?

Maple is the recommended wood for food preparation because it has the added bonus in that it contains compounds that hinder bacterial growth. The type of finish used on the counter top is also a factor in determining if it is food safe.

Will water damage my counter top?

If water sits on wood, it can cause some damage. However, if you make the effort to wipe up pools of water on your tops, specifically around the sink, your wood tops should wear well. It is also recommended to apply a coat of Danish Oil every 4-6 months which keeps the water pooled on the surface and the dirt out.

Do you machine tops to fit sinks or appliances?

No, your contractor or installer will cut according to your needs. All tops are delivered as solid pieces according to the size specifications ordered.

Do you drill for hinges?

We have the ability to drill for European Hinges (concealed hinges).
