Due to the fact that each item is custom made to the customer’s specifications we cannot be responsible for customer ordering errors.
On occasion items may be damaged while in the shipping process. If this occurs we need to be notified immediately to rectify the situation! We understand that one damaged item can suspend progress on your end!
Please review the following procedures that should occur depending on the carrier which caused the damage since each carrier most likely has its own policies.
If a Fed-Ex Ground shipment is received damaged, the customer must notify Diaz Mfg. immediately. Diaz Manufacturing Company LLC will arrange for Fed-Ex to pick up and return any damaged items. We will file a claim with Fed-Ex and issue credit to customer’s account.
